M S Bitta is an Indian Politician and Social Worker who hails from Punjab. He is currently leading a voluntary organization All India Anti Terrorist Federation as the Chairman. Earlier, when he was in politics, he worked as Minister of State for the Public Health Department in Punjab Government headed by Chief Minister Beant Singh.

M S Bitta began his career in politics at a young age of 12 when he joined the Congress party as a Seva Dal Volunteer. He later became very famous among the youth and got good following due to his dynamic leadership qualities. He strongly opposed the division of India by the Khalistani Organization and said that Punjab should belong to India.
His open opposition to Khalistani Organizations did not go well with many people and Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale had even threatened Bitta about such activities. The militants even attacked Bitta during the Flag Hoisting Ceremony in 1980. The Independence Day celebration was attented by a Congress MLA after Bitta invited him for the event.
