Aaron Kromer commenced his NFL coaching career with the Oakland Raiders in 2001. In 2003, he worked his tail off with the Raiders and they together have won the AFC championship which advances the team Raiders to the Super Bowl XXXVII. Aaron Kromer was naturally signed as the running backs coach of the famous and his favorite New Orleans Saints in 2008 before moving to become the offensive line coach for the same team that he loves to be a part of in the following season. During his stint as offensive line coach, the Saints featured five players named to nine Pro Bowls and equaled for the lowest sacks in the league with 96 total sacks for the season.
Aaron Kromer was named the Chicago Bears’ new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach on January 16, 2013. Following training with Trestman in Oakland, he joins Marc Trestman’s inaugural coaching staff.
