Meenakshi Kandwal is an Indian News anchor. She was born on 16 in Garhwal, Uttarakhand. She started her career after winning the competition ”Star Anchor Hunt” in 2010. Meenakshi Kandwal was born in Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Her father’s name is Madan Lal Kandwal and Her mother’s name is Pushpa Kandwal. She has a younger sister and two brothers. She married Amit Raina in the year 2018. She is living in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Her nickname is Meenu. She loves to travel and watch films.

She completed her early education from Delhi. After she graduated in commerce From Vivekananda College and she completed her MA in Mass Communication from Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts and Communication. She was good in study from her childhood and she has fond of watching movies, writing, reading and traveling. She can speak English, Hindi, and Garhwali languages fluently.
Career
Meenakshi has won the anchoring competition “Star Anchor Hunt” on 26 June 2010 which was arranged by the Star News. After, she started her career in anchoring field. She got a chance to work on Star News. She anchored for next years on Star News. She left her job from Star News in the year 2012 and jointed India Tv channel. She was a Senior News anchors till 2015. Nowadays, she is working in Aaj Tak News channel as a senior producer. Moreover, she was appeared in the Aaj Tak’s Shows such as Aaj-Subah, Ek aur Ek Gyarah. Meenakshi also hosted the weekend show ‘Viral Test’. She also engaged with the Aaj Tak’s event such as “Sahitya Aajtak”, “Agenda-Aajtak” and “Panchayat-Aajtak”.
